14 Weeks Out Your Thoughts Please
This was me at 14 weeks out taken Christmas 2014.. I will be putting a bunch of clips leading up to my show over the next month.. I was wondering if you guys could shed some insight on the following...
Body Fat % In this Video
What I need to work on for next show
What type of split worked or is working best for you..
With my body type how many calories would you go up to in the off-season..
Cardio on off days??? Was thinking 2 days of HIT...
Thanks

From the video --> hamstring and chest thickness need to be brought up
As far as kcals go, nobody can tell you that. That is too personal. Nobody knows your diet, how many kcals you can metabolise, and how far you need to drop to get shredded. Bodytype or not that is too black and white of a question. You have been tracking for how long now? Years? you will know better than asking some random stranger on the side of the street or on an online board.
Cardio should be as minimal as possible maybe 1-2 HIIT sessions a week while starting prep at like 5 intervals for nutrient partitioning + Benefits they offer, and then adjust when you stall.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Bob is right. Nobody will be able to give you a perfect answer on Kcals. Even when I start with a client I need to know what they were doing previously along with their stats, training, cardio etc. At the end of the day its about controlling cals in and cals out. Regardless of how that is done, you need to be in a surplus of course.

I agree I started high and at the first of the month would adjust depending on the scale...I also found that high resistance on the bike works best for me Tomorrow I will be competing again
