to dave im going to start using test enanthate 1500mg week, eq at 900mg week, tren 600mg week, deca 900mg week, t3 and E.C.A. for my estrogen 20mg tamoxifen upon waking, 25mg proviron late afternoon and 50mg clomid at night, as im waiting for my pharmaceutical adex 1mg to arrive in the next 4 weeks, will the anti estrogens I mentioned be good enough to stop any unwanted estrogenic side effects thanx

Dave, just want to let you know that I enjoy this show "ask Dave as well as Morning Muscle" btw Sid did an excellent job on the March 30th show

Anyways my question is why are my muscles really achey at night when am trying to sleep ..its pretty bad that it interrupts my sleep. Is it age.. about to hit 48 in a couple of months ? or is it just not enough warming the up body (muscle group worked) before heavy weight training? or is it that am lacking something in my nutrition?

Currently am taking the following

Multivitamin

Carlson Omega-3s dha & epa fish oil

BCAA'S powder from USP labs

Protein drinks are

MET-Rx ISO 42 and or Protein Ice 42 made by ANSI (get them free so beggars cant be picky

)

and that is it as far as supplementation goes. Do I need something else?

hi Dave i have two questions
i do my cycles by taking 250mg of testoviron from Bayer germany every week, and 100mg of Deca drol each week 50 mg every 3 days. all are pharma grade. a coach "ifbb pro" told me that they are dosage for old men. but in reality i make good progress on them. am 28years old and 117kg.
when am close to a contest i go on keto diet and i add pseudo ephedrine 60mg pre workpout and proviron 50 mg ed and tamoxifen 20mg ed for cutting keeping my previous dosage of deca and test the same what do you think about that?

Hi Dave,

I got 2 quick questions, hope thats okay.

1: Should you cycle vanadyl sulfate? I've read an article stating there is some toxicity when using longer than 6 weeks. Therefore I've used it for 6 weeks at 40 mg per day. I did notice a lot more vascularity so would like to use it again.

2: There's a lot of people who say it's the kidneys breaking down anavar rather than the liver, hence very little stress on the liver. What is the truth?

1- What the right way of doing Keto diet, is it necessarily mean i need to do "carb nite" reffed day once a week or is it a mistake.
could you detail the right way, too much confusing information out there.

2- second related questions can you gain muscle while on keto?

I've heard it said many times, that no physique will ever surpass Ronnie in his prime, but I have a different prediction. I think that Ronnie was merely the first of what may come to be called the "Ubber Freaks." Such ubber freaks represent the absolute pinnacle of what's humanly possible in physique development. Big Ramy is likely the next. As the years go by, it's possible that we'll see such physiques appear with greater frequency as more and more people from around the world pick up weights with the intent to get huge. What do you think?

Hi Dave! My wife and I hate your shows & everything they stand for. ��
Are there long-term effects one should consider with using T3/T4 oral suspension for contest prep for the Bikini athlete? Also, any particular substances a woman should avoid when planning for pregnancy in the future? Nolvadex, clen, anavar..nolvadex in partTicular..do you train bikini athletes?
