20 reps for...pretty much everything
Ha anyone tried to do about 4 sets per exercise, between 4-5 exercises per bodypart, all for 20 straiht reps? I am not talking about just legs but all body parts?

Yes, I do this often. 16-18 total sets, hi reps, 30 second rest between sets and 1-2 minutes switching exercises
But I am old, and can't train heavy and recover well, without suffering bad for days.Last edited by Mac; 04-07-2015 at 11:01 AM.

I am no young buck either, bu ti find that 20 reps for a total of about 16-20 sets per body part hit my muscles without strain on everything else. Also the rep range and fater pace forces me to lighten up the weights I use, but my muscles seem to get more stimulation then when I go slower with more weight for reps of 6-8
