Nice...
Squat is one of the best exercises to build your abs and other tone your other muscle's ..
I also used to do this exercise (but with less weight ) to develop and maintain my abs.

It was good to revisit this and use this video to refine the squat technique.

I am always looking for ways to improve the squat. Currently stuck at 3 plates and looking to add more weight to the bar.
