What's your stack all year around?

Not sure if it just placebo effect, but every time I get off fish oil after about one week my knees hurt me during leg training. When I take fish oil daily my knees are fine.

I have definitely noticed that Krill oil improved my joint aches since I started taking 3 a day. For me it's not placebo and ass to grass squats, albeit light ones, at my age is good anecdotal evidence

Krill is better than ' generic fish oil ' in my opinion, plus I do not get any of those nasty burps that are common with them.
