Glad to know COG lets you dress like that! You're the man.
If you can't have fun in life then why even have one, eh?

some people of course may think that it was done to be an attention whore at the gym, but I am not too concerned with that. COG kept making fun of me the whole workout and I can take it. I too thought it was "too much", but it was supposed to be that way
Thanks for the compliment. I am not as dedicated to bbing as I once was, I still eat healthy but on the weekend I have my splurges, and I just enjoy training and finding out different training methods and experiment with them. I just feel taht for ME, high reps is the core of what gives me a fuller and better quality look

Thinking about it...I know soreness is not necessarily a sign of progress or growth, but when you start feeling muscles on you that you didnt even know you had, and when half way through a workout you feel 3 times the pump, that surely willl motivate you to experiment more with whatever you are doing in the gym

It's different individual to individual. Like other said, it depends on the fast twitch and slow twitch fibers in your muscles composition. Personally, I respond the best to 7-10 reps.

There are other factors to take into consideration too. Sequence of exercises is one of the biggest variables IMO. Heavier lower rep exercises have their place but if you are jumping straight into those when you enter the gym them say goodbye to your joints.
Tempos of the reps is another thing to take into consideration. If programmed wisely, you can take advantage of all rep ranges without sacrificing your joints.A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement
