His triceps look like they have oil in them, but I don't think they do. I think he i just that type of freak and his insertions give him that tight look. Crazy. Hope his legs came up

FLEX WHEELER was a way better and more complete bodybuilder who's presentation and posing were unrivaled. But MAXX CHARLES has a freakier hands on hips most muscular (and he's harder). If he knew how to cheat his elbows forward on the pose, his arms and delts would look 2 inches bigger
