No, just an example to point the general direction she should be heading in; how low my caloric and protein intake is. There is too much broscience misleading people into eating too much.
No natural bodybuilder ever needs to eat 2 grams of protein per pound of lean body weight, we can't (naturally) convert that much into muscle and protein has a high caloric value. My carbs are low (below 100 grams) and come from fiberous sources, and the fats I consume is a little peanut butter, what is in the chicken and a tiny bit in the meal replacement shake.
By contrast, my maintenance calories are around 2800-3000.
