It's really not a lot of food...but if it's working for you then that's great!
You posted a pic recently and looks like you're in pretty good shape so I won't bash your diet.

I like your honesty and candor in all your posts. Why do you think that is not a lot of food? It has good amounts of protein, healthy fats, and enough carbs to have energy for work and training...What would you suggest I changed? I dont use insulin or GH, by the way, so keep that in mind

Maybe because the only solid food you list is six ounces of chicken?
Oh, and six ounces of rice, an unspecified amount of veggies, two eggs, 1 1/2 cups of egg whites and a bite size Twix.
You said discuss... how do you have enough energy to do anything?
How many ounces of shakes do you imbibe in a day?

the shakes contain not just protein powder but also oatmeal, sweet potatos, cashew butter, almond butter...wouldnt you consider that food?
That would be like saying that if I took a cooked chicken breast, rice, and veggies, and I blended it up and drank it, that THAT wouldnt count as a solid meal. Just because I drink some of my meals does not mean that they are not meals, they are

Curt...if at dinner I would "drink" my eggs and eggwhites rather than cook them and eat them,, would you now count one meal LESS out of my diet?

It would seam that the shakes do the job as a meal replacement. For someone that is just trying to be hellthy and maintain or even cut, that's fine.
But going by the tread title, I assume that you are not happy with being small. If that's the case, you need more food and I mean a lot more food.
I did a lot of shakes before cause they were easy to get down while working. When I started hanging with Jay, he convinced me to cut out most of the shakes and eat a lot more clean food.
And it worked.CutlerAthletics.com

i would agree if we were talking about a pure whey shake...But my shakes, as indicated, include different blends of whey, casein, and milk proteins, and also complex carbs from oats or sweet potatos, and healthy fats/pro/carbs from cashews and almond butter.
At lunch I have a decent-size serving of chicken with rice and veggies, and again I eat some natural peanut butter (straight from the jar, that's my "dessert" LOL).
