What exactly is the goal of your plan? What is the macronutrient breakdown of your plan? Are you doing cardio? Im not sure what there is to discuss when we dont know what the purpose of the plan is. I wont say your plan suck because I dont know any of these things and not to mention I have no idea how big you are. 150lbs versus 225lbs (and body comp) certainly matters.

Thanks for asking
I am 5'5", currently 200lbs...and here is a very recent pic:

I train Mon/Tue/Wedn/Sat and I do 45 mins LISS cardio always immediately after training on different elliptical machines (nothing crazy)
My goal is to have a good blend of decent size for my height, without looking grotesque like Professor X, and lean enough where I can still fit into regular clothes.
i dont care how big my arms or legs are as long as everything is proportioned top to bottom, including my calvesLast edited by Rocky3; 04-26-2015 at 08:19 AM.

Well, you certainly look like a bodybuilder. Drink all the shakes you'd like.

Curt, my job and overall schedule does not allow me to eat more than 2 solid meals. Even the time I take to use the restroom at my job is strictly timed and if I go over 8% of total personal time taken I get a warning. So I cant even pretend to go use the restroom and eat in the back in my situation. hence the shakes

A happy medium between shakes and whole foods wood be a tuna, sweet potato, and diet coke shake. I won't say it's great but definitely not terrible. If you try it add lots of cinnamon. Making it with diet root beer is even better.

I work for Visa, Inc. In this work environment we only get a 30 minute break and we also have a personal time allotment wich cannot exceed 8 minutes a day. On the work floor the only things allowed are drinks with lids. Not even bags of chips of candy bags are allowed. Also no cell phones, no pens or paper, no keys, no utensils.
The shakes make it possible to get in all my calories (carbs, protein, and fats) without having to leave my desk

That's a rough gig.
Well looks like the shakes are working ok for you...but is there any reason you can't wake up early and get in two solid meals before work and then another two after? Just curious. Maybe not easy or even necessary in your case. Still not impossible though.

To be logged in at my desk by 5:00AM every morning I gotta be up by 3:30AM...I tried before to force myself to get up 1 hour ealrier but at that time I am not even hungry just sleepy and that food I eat does not even digest that early and actually slows my metabolism for the rest of the day. Sleep takes priority in my book
