Light sweats during meals...
How many of you have experienced light sweating or mild over-heating during meals? i am not talking about during a pig out/cheat meal but just during a regular clean meal> I thought this would only happen to BB competitors pre-contest

If it's hot food there's an obvious answer.

The only meal that make me sweat is gumbo... anything else, no problem.

My husband and his mom experience this often. Neither one has ever competed. Both are obese.

Very interesting, a lot of bbers pre-contest (at super low bf%) also experience the sweats during their regualr diet meals (Gabe Moen's video posted in here shows him talk about that, as he eats his pre-workout meal and sweat pours down his forehead)

It can be partially a metabolic response.
I sweat when the heat from my food rises up to my face too lolA Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

i think its a legitimate question. It happens to me when i am dieting all the time. It usually occurs in the 2nd to 3rd week of my diet; and i take it as a sign that my metabolism is kicking into high gear.
