So, after watching Piana and Mendelson train back on youtube (and I like to study training styles and forms even with people I dont particularly admire at a personal level) I tried to adopt the same form on barbell rows, T-Bars, and seated cable rows, whereas you stay bent over real low over the bar with absolutely no rocking or using your bodyweight to move the weight...
Needless to say, I got my butt beat by subpar poundages. I was doing sets of 20 reps and even with easy weights I had a hard time getting all the reps and when i did complete all 20 reps the last 6 reps were always chopped, sloppy, or 1/3 ROM reps.
My back today is really sore
