might try this workout LOL. I just do heavy deads and squats and my core is worked. still i Need to stop eating so much junk..you are what you eat

I've been doing static holds for hanging leg raises as well. Pretty brutal.

might get one of These Ab roller Things and see if that helps me. Maybe burn some blubber of my belly.

Bring your hips go into reverse to the ground and carry your legs as you pull your knees toward your chest. Avoid victimisation the momentum from your legs to tug them in and interact your core muscles instead. Hold the crunch for 2 seconds before transferral your feet go into reverse to the ground.
