Hi, Dave -
This show sucks worse than being back at MD. And speaking of our former place of employment, they recently posted a video where they attributed GH guts to a hearty appetite and the mass consumption of food by the IFBB pros.
David Baye (the "journalist" formerly known as WisconsinBB) even added that he was privy to this being accurate while seated nearby one of the Olympia competitors in a Las Vegas restaurant last September. (Hard to argue with an eyewitness account, and one with the experience and integrity that Adina's right hand man possesses.)
I know that it will be a difficult task to top that assessment, but what are your thoughts on MD's latest revelation, "FoodGate?"

Hey Dave, Does a typical "Prep Guru" handles only nutrition and exercise or do they also guide the competitors in their gear use?

Dave
This show is so stupid I can eat a bowl of alphabet soup and shit out smarter statements than anything Dave ever said on the show.
My question is contest dieting and Cold thermogenesis for shedding fat.. It works for me, do you have any experience with clients or yourself? Some examples are cold showers, ice baths, cold packs, and drinking cold water.

Hey Dave and I guess you to Sid. This show stinks worse than a locker full of over eating bodybuilders with gas. My question is:
Most protein powders come in the typical vanilla or chocolate flavors. However, most amino acid and/or pre-workout powders come in fruity type flavors. Why is this? Are there any chocolate flavored amino acid, BCAA, pre-workout powders?

Hi Dave!
Your show is so boring to watch - that it drives me to watch the less boring Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight again!
All kidding aside, your show is such an inspiration; we need more people like you in this world!
My question is thus:
I've been on the Ketogenic diet for 12 weeks now, and I've seen great results. My question is, what is your suggestion on ingesting sugar free candy (Russell Stover for example) which contains aspretaine in it. Can you take it, or show you completely avoid it?
Thank you for the reply in advance!
