What is your opinion on her and more specifically her diet and lifestyle. She's been doing this 'fruitarian/vegan" diet for years now. She seems healthy as a fiddle.

I've never been one to do fad diets but this one is tempting simply because I love fruit.

She basically eats 90 carbs, 5 fats, 5 proteins and most of her carbs come from fruit.

I'm not so sure. I believe people go way overboard with protein...especially in bodybuilding. Fats I do agree are very low. These Fruitarians are crazy healthy though. It blows me away.

Some of the males look like physique competitors.

Freelee has openly talked about her menstrual cycles...they are normal.

It's a shame this thread was moved particularly because this board gets so little views as is and the only section that really seems to get a half decent conversation going is the one I had originally posted this in.
