It's crazy that Cedric isn't the most famous Bodybuilder right now. He is one of the most enjoyable person to watch and listen to. Somebody needs to get him on Joe Rogan's podcast

His midsection is great for his size but he has way too much oil in the delta and triceps!

Charles was great at the New York pro, and legs definitely improved !

That may be but it must be the best oil prep I've ever seen. I don't personally see any sign of that.
