Realize he could be on DNP which makes you hold tons of water take it out and writhing 4 days the water will subside great to carb up after because will be dry and very glycogen depleted

Why do guys say things like this?

Arnold wasn't supposed to see 40....but he's now older than most of the jackals who are now on bp meds after suffering a heart attack.

That again comes down to genetics. Not everyone is on deaths door just because they weigh 300lbs. Most of the people seeing negative life threatening effects can relate them to diuretics use, not steroids directly. These guys are at greater risk trying to get into contest shape, not for simply being heavy.

Just lost my father in law he was very lean and under 200 pounds died at 60 in his sleep no signs at all. I did CPR on a 50 year old again under 200 and very lean he died. Seen many 280
pound men in their 80's. Just be happy for the people that are happy and doing what they love.
People say but your odds are higher at this or that but no one knows when they will die or at what age. A long life is only good if you are enjoying it and no one escapes death.

If 50 sounds old to you then you've got a living to do. When I was 25 I wanted to be in perfect health til 65 then get hit by a meteor. Now that I'm 50 and engaged I want to see 85.

Well he did say Ramy wasn't going to live to see 50. Yeah,the years only drag when you're a kid. Once you're out of school time flies.Wont be long before I hit 50 ,provided I don't get as big as Ramy
