Come on be a little bit realistic, if you are in prep you can't go out for lunch every other day with your friends.
First everybody will ask: Why don't you eat the fat fucking burger or this pizza covered with cheese? Why do you drink Zero and not normal Coke? Tons of annoying questions. Even if you like your friends the time will come you will quit.
If you eat out you don't know how many cals you put in your Body. And in contest prep this is pretty important. If you eat out everytime your friends eat out in Offseason, you become a fat fuck.
So everybody has to make his decision: Want i to look like shit on the stage or not?
I forgot to mention about all the roids. Do you want to kick more stuff in your bloodstream only that you can eat out with your friends?

I believe he said once a week and once I get to a certain bodyfat percentage I wouldn't mind having ONE re-feed or cheat meal every week or every other week. At the moment I'm not at that place so I can't.
Also you can always get a chicken salad, or steak, and so on. Just have to let go of the OCD side of me of not knowing how many OZ of chicken.

Ya I can see that. This year I learned I can lean bulk below maintance level if I'm on test (and I mean a very good amount of weight gain too) but when I was cutting at 12-13% I needed once cheat meal a week for my body to continue losing weight. I think I'm one of those people that I can be on low carbs everyday but have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week.
P.S. when I was doing my cutting and had cheat meals I was NOT on anything. I can't wait to hit 6 or 7% this year.

- Feeling cold all the time, hitting plateaus, losing lots of weight in a short period of time, and having poor workouts are signs a cheat meal could be in order."
