Long story short. I ran long distance for 12 years I got injured and started lifting with the throwers of my track team. I got hooked and have been lifting seriously for about 6 years. Volume for hypertrophy. Have been seriously trying to bring calves up for last 2years. Tried German volume for calves, Short rest, heavy lowr eps, light high reps, full range of motion as explained by Ben pakulski, tibialis raises seated raises, standing calf raises, donkey calf raises, been hitting them very hard for the last 4 months 5 days a week. I get sore and they hurt like I worked them hard but just want to get them closer to my arms size. Any help would be appreciated.
