I thought this was worth watching for a couple of minutes to help women think more broadly about their hormone profile and where testosterone fits in it. This is not really about steroids, but rather just reiterating the need to look at the whole picture when considering how your body "acts" with your given body chemistry. I thought the most relevant piece of information was little nugget about birth control pills and the hormone cocktail that they introduce into your system. "T" has a place in the natural female hormone profile and it seems especially in women, the need for good balance of estrogen w/ the other sex hormones (progesterone & testosterone) is important for a happy existence.
