Musclesport Mag! Gregg Valentino
Gregg has some great videos he is doing for Musclesport Mag. Check them out here are a couple I could relate to.
Many will doubt me but its crazy how I can identify with Gregg's youthful mentality. I found training and bodybuilding as a homeless youth in high school. I didn't have a home so I went to the 24 hour gyms to train and shower and lived in them! I would train all the time and work my ass off because I loved it. It was constructive, positive, and pure passion. I never thought about drugs or stuff like that I wanted loved bodybuilding because for me the root was self improvement. Now that I'm a bit older I still hold onto that as a philosophy in my life always try and to be better than the previous day, in the gym, in relationships, at work, and in life in general. Bodybuilding should be a healthy constructive outlet for those who are not genetic elite and can use it as a way to earn a living. While Gregg may be a bit of a nut these videos truly capture a spirt that is uncommon these days. The solitude that used to come along with bodybuilding is something I experienced big time and there is a purity to it.
Great work Musclesport Mag I am really enjoying what you all have been creating over there. Much respect and admiration from me.

Finally! Glad to see Greg embracing the social media gravy train. I'd like to see Gregg's opinion of the top dogs, like Bostin Lloyd, Kali Muscle, Hodge Twins, Marc Lobliner, Rasheed, and a bunch of other "natural" dudes I cannot remember. Let the fight begin! Best of luck to him and Joe.
