Snoring....And the C PAP machine
Do any of you guys snore bad or have sleep apnea. I am going to be doing a sleep study to see if in fact I do have apnea. Juice related or not, it is a pain in the ass. Does this C PAP machine help any of you? I just want to sleep well again.

Couldn't stand the c-pap. Come to find out I had extreme sinus swelling and it has pretty well gone away using nanzonex. or however you spell it

My snoring used to wake the dead people in the cemetery 2 blocks away. lol I got a c-pap machine with the mask that just covers your nose. I no longer snore, no longer fall asleep driving down the street. I really didn't have any problem getting used to it like a lot of people seem to. There are several different types of masks and perhaps the one I have is easier to adapt to, I don't know. But I really wouldn't do with out it now.

C-Pap gets annoying so I don't always use it but when you are really tired the thing is a godsend for me. Usually I will take it off sometime throughout the night, but the thing allows me to function like a normal human being during the day as opposed to a zombie.
If you are a single guy, good luck explaining it though if you bring a chick home lol.

OMG....my boyfriend timothy snores so bad. especially with the more weight he puts on. he did the sleep study thing and got a c pap machine. it is the answer to all your prayers if you are the one that gets waken every 5 min from a snorer lol. but its not only good for me. he said he gets better sleep & feels rested now because he use to wake himself up to from his loud ass snores.

I too have a CPAP. I never sleep without it. It's a bit of a bother but it's more of a pain to be tired all of the time. It can make a night and day difference for you. If you need it...wear it. My wife's uncle most likely died from sleep apnea and I know of at least one other who most likely did. My wife likes the fact that I don't snore anymore too! It was keeping her awake.

YES!
Sleep apnea right here man! Heavier people get it. Juice or no juice. I use my machine every night. I slept through the first night with the mask. It's not much a problem. I wake up less through the night using the machine. And Andrea is much happier that she can sleep through the night without it sounding like a chainsaw running in the bed beside her. ;-)
Good luck.

I have this problem! I didnt realize it was so common, I mean I knew alot of people snored but not this bad.
I waited 9 months to goto the sleep clinic here and didnt solve much, I saw a doctor about the surgery but he urged me to just "deal with it" as he said it was the worst pain imaginable.
The true test of a relationship is if your gf/wife can handle the snoring lol we never slept in the same room for 6 months, now she wears ear plugs but I still wake up every night. If I pass out on the couch after the gym or after work its almost a guarantee I will stop breathing at some point.
I've gotta look into this again.

What the hell??? You mean all you have to do is take the sleep study thing to find out if you can use one?? Does it.......oh hell I'll just look it up, lol.
I have it bad. If Tim can wake the dead down the street, imagine waking them in two countries.

it was so bad with me my wife bought a box fan and put it next to her side of the bed to drown me out. lol . but just because you snore doesn't mean you have sleep apneia. they monitor how much you stop breathing in your sleep. i was like 70 times every hour and a half.
