Beginner 1st cycle stack Winstrol & Preponate
All I'm taking my first 20 week cycle and I'm looking to lose fat and build muscle. I'm a former college football player that has gotten too fat. I was told that Winstrol and preponate (I think that's how you spell it.) would be a good first stack. I have been back lifting now for a month and I feel this should be the kick in the ass that I need to get back in shape. Question: Is this a good combo, should I focus on bulking or leaning out of I'm trying to lose weight, the first of the cycle lasts 10 weeks and then finishes with something else the last 10 weeks, what kind of diet should I be on, what kind of otc supplements should i be on, and final question should I inject the winstrol or take it orally?
Thanks for the help with transforming my body and helping me lose weight!

Speaking for myself, I am happy to help if I can. However, you have to show initiative. Your post is your first and it comes off to me as someone too lazy to even google the correct spelling of "propionate." If you can't even do a little homework for something as important as your health, how do you expect me to think it's worth my time and show you love and take the time out of my day to sit down and write up a detailed diet, supp program, and drug protocol?
If that's your approach, spend money and hire someone. If you're paying, you can sit back and do nothing. If, however, you want all this info for free, you have to meet me in the middle. If you had cared to look, you would've seen page after page of threads addressing your questions. The bottom line is that your post seems flippant. I love to help if I see the person is equally interested. My guess is that if you do a little homework and then come back there would be plenty of people willing to help, myself included.

Thanks Sean for encouraging me to find out some more info. Ok here are my stats 6'6, 315lbs., 20% bf., 250lb. Bench, and 315 squat. My goal is to drop 60lbs., add lean mass, and increase strength. Will I be able to do that on this cycle? I am looking to run test prop and pin winny for my first cycle. I will pin 300-500mg a week, leaning towards 400 for 100mg EOD. My three questions are how long should I run the test p cycle, when should I stack the winny beginning or end of cycle, and also seeing that it is my first ever cycle should I look at getting my hands on some Letrozole.

that cycle is not well thought out at all 20 weeks of pinning prop will create way to much scar tissue and with you weight and bf% winny wont do shit for you
you will be highly dissapointed in this cycle when its over and you may create health problems for yourself
diet down first, learn how to eat and train correctly to get the maximum benifit from any cycle.Stop by my Training Log: RichDC2's Log

Thanks for more info. For your goals, I agree with Rich, in that you will probably be disappointed with the results. Rich is extremely knowledgeable, so you're lucky to get his opinion.
In my opinion, the bodyfat issue should be addressed first, and that is diet and cardio. Really. Save the drugs for when you're closer to your weight goal, and then start 300 mg/week of test cypionate or enanthate. You can go on long runs at that dosage and you should be amazed at the progress you can make. Also, pay attention to your diet using something like "myfitnesspal.com" and not just "think" that you eat good, or clean, or "on point."
It took me 16 years of training on and off to really get interested in how important a role diet plays. It isn't some BS for newbies.

Diet really is 80% of results. The older you get more it matters. For a visual think of yourself as an engine and steroids as nitrous oxide. Would you put nitrous on a untuned engine that isn't running right? Steroids ypicallymake you more of what you are. If you're fat you get stronger and fatter.
Lift heavy and eat lots of dead animals. Yes, that's me in my avatar.

get on the keto diet which is some where here on rx, and work out how much protein fats you need daily, and just keep it simple take 500-600mg of testosterone cyp or enanthate for 20 weeks spilt twice every 8 days, and adex at say 0.5mg daily or adjust it to where estro sides are not happening
