Breakfast is hands down the most important meal of the day!! Oatmeal is king for breakfast!! When i hear of ppl not eating breakfast im like what your killing your body!!!!! Must eat breakfast!!! I eat 2 cups of oats and 6 egg whites every morning!!

Personally, I think breakfast is massively overrated, along with all other forms of nutrient timing. Nutrient timing matters, sure. However, what you choose to eat, and how much of it you choose to eat is 100x more important than WHEN you eat. ESPECIALLY if you are not dieting for a contest.
Its funny that most bodybuilders will wake up do an hour of cardio on an empty stomach, then prepare and eat breakfast after that, but if I tell them I like to wake up and relax for a couple hours before eating breakfast, they gasp for air as if I just said that I love chopping puppies in half. Stupid.
