YESS!! A firm, not bone crushing handshake with solid eye contact is a sign of respect. I freaking HATE when someone gives you a limp ass handshake. Ill take jaws of life over that. Just seems like utter disrespect to me.

Even if they look while shaking your hand, I don’t see the point of STARE HIM DOWN like some creepy predator lol. Shake hands, little smile let them know you have respect & that’s that.
