I hate this show to the point where I would rather get stampeded to death for some cheap amino spiked protein in walmart on Black Friday. What is sugarcane fiber and how does it pair up with your fiberlyze?

Hey Dave,
Im currently on a diet and to maximize weight loss I'm at a stage right now where I need to drop my carbs even further. Im already eating 0.5 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight and my protein is in check as well. My concern is that I don't want to go too much below my baseline caloric intake for multiple reasons: possible slowdown in metabolism being the main one. So I do feel the need to replace the calories from carbs with something else, preferably up my fats. Do you recommend me to go above your 0.5 grams of fats per pound of bodyweight rule when dropping carbs further?Last edited by IFabian; 07-15-2015 at 01:32 PM.

Dave and Sid,
This show is worse than all of the interminable Phil Heath vs. Kai Greene YouTube videos.
Let's get to it!
My last lab results showed slightly elevated creatinine and BUN numbers. At what levels should I "freak out?" Isn't it good to have higher than "normal" values of these measures? And do these values relate to being in "positive nitrogen balance" or do I have a gross conceptual error?

Hey Dave, love the show (lol sorry couldn't come up with a clever "I hate this show.") Anyway, I've seen all of your videos on diet, supplements, etc, including the one on Alkalinity. Watching your video, I know you are an advocate on alkalinizing the body throughout the day, with the minimum being upon awaking, during training, and before sleep. I understand why you suggest not attempting to alkalize while eating a meal because your stomach releases acids while eating. So, my question is would it also be useless to alkalize while training since you're constantly producing acid while training and the harder you train the more acidic you get? Would it be more beneficial to wait until after training to alkalize?

Dave rather than writing a line about how much this show sucks because you already know I would rather steal chris acetos identity rack up charges at the gay bar give his kids identities to illegal immigrants to work on Donald trumps properties until he finds out and has officer Farrah arrest me for identity theft and put in a cell with Craig Titus. Dave how much longer do you think Dr Blau will be able to do surgeries and who else would you recommend when he is no longer able?
Thanks

Dear Dave,
Did you know Craig Titus and were you shocked at what he did or did you see him heading down that dark past?

Sorry this is a bit long. You may not be able to get to it.
Dave, there has been a lot of controversy in the UFC and MMA recently regarding PED's, TRT, and drug tests. One of the tests commonly used is the T to E ratio "testosterone to epitestoserone". The normal ratio for most athletic commissions and Olympic testing is 1:1. Some accept up to a 3:1 ratio.
Every time T to E test results are made public with a fighter testing positive, fans and media go crazy, accusing them of using enormous of amounts testosterone and really damaging their image.
My understanding is that someone who is using testosterone or an anabolic compound for any length of time, their body will completely stop or dramatically reduce production of testosterone. So an athlete may only be using a small to moderate amount of testosterone but their T:E ratio test may come back with a result of something like 25:1.
Fans interpret it this as the athlete using 25 times the normal male level.
If someone is using exogenous testosterone, they aren't also using exogenous epitestosterone. Their natural production of Test, and Epi Test has been shut down, so they have synthetic testosterone but little to no epitestosterone in their system.
The ratio comes back very skewed making it look like they are using a massive amount of testosterone but in reality it's the lack of epitestosterone that is skewing the ratio.
Wouldn't anyone using synthetic testosterone or anabolics, in any amount, have a very skewed T to E ratio? A T:E ratio test does not provide any indication of how much testosterone is actually in someones blood?
Some of these fighters are using approved TRT. Would it be possible for someone using TRT to have a normal testosterone to epitestosterone ratio?
If possible please explain.
Oh by the way I hate this show. I'd rather go to prison with a cell located in between Mr Aceto and Mr Farah, forced to listen to them debate the finer points of closet homosexuality, pathological lying, and the breach of professional etiquette soliciting another's clients invokes. Rick Collins would be booked thus unable to defend me. My gyno had morphed into respectable B cups from illegal prohormones I purchased from Blackstone labs, but Dr. Blau was too busy removing freckles from Dave's body one by one to operate on me. The last straw was getting a fed ex envelope delivered thinking it was something good only to find out it was a pink slip from Steve Blechman firing me for breach of contract because I was 8 seconds late to a company meeting about strategies for cutting back expenses without Rx Muscle finding out and mocking us for it.

Dear Dave,
I could tell you that your show stinks to high heaven but then I'd be lying to you .. I am a very youthful 61 y.o. bodybuilder who after being clean for decades; has decided to get back on a full blown gear cycle.. I want to finish what I started by attempting to get my pro card at the 2016' NPC Master's nationals over 60 division.. My question is this: I enjoy a glass or two of burgundy wine in the evenings.. In of itself, most will agree that this is a healthy practice, but under the circumstances; do you feel that this may pose a health risk for me? Thank you..Last edited by drmarkp; 07-16-2015 at 10:14 AM.
