I am Back!!! Sorry its taken me soo long to get back to yall, my father n law was put in the hospital Valentines Day night and is still there I have been there everyday since, so between there and my DRs and my everyday life things are hectic.
I started BBing in 1985, I loved the look of Cory and Rachel Mclish Dont we all! I began competing with in the first 6 months and the rest is history! I was HOOKED!!! I was only 24 at the time. Turned Pro in 2004 at the Team Universe as a LW! Colette Nelson was the HW that year, we both went to Spain that year to compete in the Worlds as a team, what a awesome memory that was! Colette and I have become GREAT friends since then. There have been so many wonderful memories in the past 25 yrs of lifting ..I cant wait to share them with you! Ask ANYTHING you want...Fire away!!!! I will do my best to answer all your questions!!!
PT,rehab is coming along, I seem to be making so baby steps this week MRI's and emg will show more info when those are done. thank you for asking! I still cant lift, so thats been tuff...I have not lifted since DEC. 20th...that was the date we had the car accident if you didnt know about that, thats another story...until next post, take care!!!

Tammy,
I missed your question, Yes in some ways I do miss competing...since I did it for over 24 yrs...I miss the girls, the backstage excitement, the posing on stage...the crowds, the smells...the lights, the photo shoots, That shower afterwards...I know...sounds funny huh! There's always something just so Special about that first shower after a show...so relaxing!!! SO rewarding!! lol! I dont miss the stress....I have more freedom now. BUT, YES...I Miss competing itself.VICKI NIXON IFBB PRO

Gym Diva,
Thank U for asking! 3 days a week, rehab is slowly just now starting to show some inprovememnts! I can now do legs again in the gym! light weights of course, but thats a start I do ball exercises too and have spine adjustments 3 days a week as well, which seem to be making some progress as of last week. At first there was no movement at all, it was like trying to get through ea brick wall. But, after 8 weeks we do seem to be making some baby steps! Thank you so much for asking, I also do traction which I LOVE! I will keep u posted on that as well, we are not sure how long I will be in rehab, it all depends on my progress, at this pount..it looks like a VERY LONG time Today I see a neurologist to have an EMG done to test for nerve damage. Will post results of that test later when we have them as well. Again, I really appreciate your asking!! Have a GREAT weekend!VICKI NIXON IFBB PRO
