Obviously you can get different results based upon who you ask, and what they believe constitutes a "bodybuilder". If it's the creation of a competitive physique thy addresses symmetry, size and conditioning, you will have the above list.

if you're the general public, then you think any skinny idiot who does a few push-ups is a bodybuilder. And if you're enamored with the social media fame = relevance to the bodybuilding community (whoever that is), then you're wondering where Kali Muscle and Jason Genova are.

Who the fuck did they poll for these results?

My biggest complaint on that list is Columbu.

Also with Lou's reputation for charging kids to take pictures with him etc. I find it hard to believe he would be on the list. Hulk or not.

Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to write that out. I know, how could they leave Lee "Stimulate not annihilate" Haney off the list? o.O

I don't think they polled anyone. Believe it was one author offering his opinion. And someone who grew up loving the movie Pumping Iron hence Arnold, Lou, Serge Nubret, and Columbu being on the list. The guy (or girl) must have focused on personality, too, because Kai Greene appears but Phil Heath is missing. A guess.

It was posted in 2013, so it's no surprise that Big Ramy was missing but not to include Lee Haney? (shrugs)

Oh! And with Sandpig in mind, how in the living HELL did the author not include Jay Cutler??? They clearly didn't poll fans because Cutler and DLB would be on the list.

I didn't mention anyone that needed to be included. I would never put Phil in there anyway. Jay, yes. And DLB? If we polled even non bodybuilders, she might be #2 behind Arnold.
