fat burner suggestions.. haha

4 weeks out
trained with a top national competitor last night and got some feedback from him. Heres the problem.
Legs are in and only gettin better, nice full 6 pack, very dickskinsh overall. The only areas that are holding me back are the "luv handle" sections and lower belly. I know this is the most stubborn areas and that I just need to keep dieting but what else can i do...

tren E 500mg week
primo 500mg week
test C 250 mg week
winn 100mg day been on for 2 weeks
take letro and nolva as needed. Water is not an issue. I know crazy prepping with long easters.
doing 20-30 min fasted cardio heavy training mid day. 20-40 cardio in evening
my buddy keeps saying be patient and let the diet work. he also said he thinks im doing to much cardio.

I dont necessarily think you are doing too much cardio. That kind of depends on how you are progressing. If the pace is still moving then ya let the diet work but if not then you need to pull things down again most likely. Why dont you post some pics and what your nutritional set up looks like.
