It's been 4 weeks of John DeFendis style training and seeing significant changes. Training as hard now as I did when I was 30! NO COUNTING MACROS OR MICROS....NO CARDIO.....just kick ass training,and clean eating. VERY excited about what I can bring to the stage in 5 months. Everyone have a happy 4th!
