Shawn is 100% correct in everything he stated. People misinterpret and twist the meaning when athletes contract expires. Every athletes contract has an expiration date on it and they all will come an end at some point. It doesn't mean there was some conflict of interest on either end. Mr. Blechman didnt' "fire" me and I didn't "quit" just to make things clear to everyone.

Rather than being upset, I am rather thankful to have actually had the opportunity to begin with. Alot of athletes are short term and I was here for 2 years which means alot to me. They gave me a boost in my media and exposure on the regular and I also got two magazine covers from this that I am very thankful of as well. They have helped me build my fan base and also my image to the bodybuilding industry.

Again, I thankful to have had this opportunity and an appreciative of everything that has came my way over the past 2 years and although I am not "signed" with MD it doesn't mean I wont be apart of the community or change my demeanor towards anything at all. Myself and the MD staff still have a good outstanding relationship and I plan to keep that way for many years in the future!

MD was not getting the return on their investment from Justin Compton. He was milking his hype and taking it easy. He finally went too far when he opted for another extended one year vacation after the Arnold Classic, thinking MD would continue bottle feeding him like a precious commodity they could not do without.

He should have competed in the O last year when he qualified, and he definitely should have competed this year. No excuses; you snooze you lose. Never let "fear" or "pride" hold you back when opportunity knocks...

Does anybody need contracts? There's Social Media. Use it and you will earn your money. Even Pro's have to make the switch. Do it like Dana Linn does it. She uses Social Media and has tons of Followers. She doesn't for sure not need the MD Contract. MD needs her to stay alive.

I believe youtube giants such as Rich P get tons of hits on their videos and thus tons of advertisements dollars...I suppose. I definitely consider Youtube videos to be "social media".
