My broken foot to is doing a disturbing pins and needles thing a lot in arch. I'm gonna chalk it up to healing process right now...but needle like feeling is more than a bit uncomfortable. Lots of elevation tonight.Last edited by baby muscle; 08-10-2015 at 04:34 PM.

Eeew. Pins n needles not pleasant. :-/
Any chance you can try ice before/after training? I do that for my hip and SI area. Helps a lot.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I think that'd be ideal. I'll try to rig it up next time.

My boyfriend just texted me that I need to elevate it above my heart for minimum 1 hour tonight.
But...but...who's gonna go out and buy catfood??

You could do something like this on your way to the store and kill 2 birds with one stone. ;-)

Funny how our bodies are so different. I rarely train my traps directly because they'd grow out of control and overpower the rest of me.

8/11 fasted cardio (swimming, what else is there, haha?)
45 minutes, pre workout bcaa's, post workout isolyze shake w/ 1 tblspn natty peanut butter
Later, I'm supposed to either, 2nd swimming cardio OR use machines to "train legs light", messaged by my lifting coach. This is code from my coach for "tomorrow I'm going to make you wish you were dead after we bench press"
