8/10 coach says I am to only weigh myself a few times a week....no idea what I weigh today buuuuut...started 25 mcg of T3 and ECA stack on Friday and this is week 3 of taking 25mg E3D of "baby's little helper". So something should start happening I think as far as weight loss.

A.M. 45 Minute fasted lap swimming (early)

    P.M. Back

    Wide grip lat pull downs 3 x 8 (110lbs)

Straight bar lat pull downs on cable 3 x 5 (70lbs)

    DB Pull overs 3 x 5 (25lbs, 30lbs, 30lbs again)

    pull ups 3 x10
(getting chest almost too bar now)

Chest Supported rows with barbell (rigged incline bench and laid over it)
    3 x 8 (75lb x8 for a warm up, then 3 sets of 95lbs)

    DB rows 3 x 8
    (60lbs)

    Seated DB Shrugs 3 x 5
(65lb DB in each hand) Not the easiest thing, first time doing shrugs w/ DBs and seated. Not a fan but no other alternatives.

    band pull aparts 2 x 20

    hammer curls 3 x 8 (25lb DBs, seated)

My broken foot to is doing a disturbing pins and needles thing a lot in arch. I'm gonna chalk it up to healing process right now...but needle like feeling is more than a bit uncomfortable. Lots of elevation tonight.

Eeew. Pins n needles not pleasant. :-/
Any chance you can try ice before/after training? I do that for my hip and SI area. Helps a lot.

I think that'd be ideal. I'll try to rig it up next time.

My boyfriend just texted me that I need to elevate it above my heart for minimum 1 hour tonight.
But...but...who's gonna go out and buy catfood??

You could do something like this on your way to the store and kill 2 birds with one stone. ;-)

The seated DB shrugs is interesting. I have never done it seated. When I do traps, I first do Barbell shrugs fro 8 sets then I do Dumbbell shrugs for another 6-8 sets.

Yeah, like I said, I never did them seated OR w/ DB's before either. This is my alternative though and I guess it's better than not doing any. I think swimming is bringing my back and traps up more as well.

8 sets of shrugs! I better step it up once I hit my non-competition season!

Funny how our bodies are so different. I rarely train my traps directly because they'd grow out of control and overpower the rest of me.

8/11 fasted cardio (swimming, what else is there, haha?)
45 minutes, pre workout bcaa's, post workout isolyze shake w/ 1 tblspn natty peanut butter

Later, I'm supposed to either, 2nd swimming cardio OR use machines to "train legs light", messaged by my lifting coach. This is code from my coach for "tomorrow I'm going to make you wish you were dead after we bench press"

Haha, yeah, your traps, are my legs.

I feel like I could, at this point, (except now that I'll have to work on leg strength on left side again in 5-6 weeks) only do cardio for lower body and I'd actually be more balanced looking.
