Hello Dave,
what's your view on using a barbell pad or manta ray for either high bar or low bar squatting?
I've added more squatting to my leg training, but the bar is still uncomfortable across my back, no matter where the bar is placed, even if I use a towel. The pad or manta ray makes it more comfortable, but I know some who frown on using them.
What's your take? Or how can I make squatting more comfortable?

Dave I hate your show so much that I would rather not even tell you about it.
Do you know who gh15 is or can you take your best guess. Is there any truth to what he says or is it all baloney?

From the dawn of civilization, the Ancient Greeks used the word KAKOS for referring to both "the ugly" and "the bad". I do believe that these philosophers would have had to come up back then with a qualitatively more intense word to describe how UGLY and BAD this show is
Dave, 3 straightforward questions:
- Of the 3 following drugs, which one is the least unfriendly to building muscle? "M", "G" and "K".
- If one takes 100mg of Test weekly for HRT purposes, would you recommend to add in there say 50mg of Deca too (for both a mild anabolic effect and "greasing" a bit the joints)?
- Are you planning to eventually put together a "Nutrition while on Lent" or "Nutrition during the Sabbath"? I noticed that "bodybuilding and Islam" is addressed by you on a relatively regular basis. I was wondering whether you are going to give space to the other two Abrahamic religions too. Obviously many bodybuilders are practicing Christians, etc., and since I assume you are a cradle Catholic with a Jewish heritage, it wouldn't be too difficult for you.

Dave and Sid,
This show is horrible.
Let's Get To It!
Are there any of the routine blood tests done during typical lab work (HDL, LDL, various minerals and vitamins, BUN, creatinine, etc.) that a bodybuilder should be above (or below) the nominal values? Also, are there any specific tests that one should order during routine blood work ups? I typically get fasting blood work done 2X per year and was wondering if there are any tests I should specifically ask for..... I am lifetime natural if that makes any difference....

Dave, even if I were stranded on an deserted Island with nothing but a laptop computer and the only means of entertainment I had was to watch re runs of Ask Dave... I would still toss the computer into the ocean because of how horrendous your show is.
I dislike the taste of oatmael as much as I dislike your program. Can I replace oatmeal for Ezekiel bread as carb source? Specifically for general health or even dieting as well. Also, do you allow fans who are visiting or vacationing to train with you? How can someone go about finding more information about this?
Huge fan, keep up the great work Dave and Sid!

Hey Dave
This show sucks! I rather listen to PBW radio and old Shawn Ray's MD radio episodes.
How do you feel about Black Mica and do you still believe in it? You would sale it on your website before and it's not there any longer. It also looks like you can't get it at all.

Can you build muscle in your 50's?
Dave and Sid,
I think you're great guys, but honestly I would rather be violated by the engorged clitoris of an over juiced female bodybuilder than to listen to this show!
Q: How old is too old to build muscle? Can a guy in his 50's still put on muscle, assuming hormones, training, and diet are all on point? Not talking bodybuilder huge muscle, but to the level of a pro physique competitor?

To the indispensable and truly beloved Dave and Sid,
This show sucks worse than that one time I had dinner with Rafael Santonja at Spaghetti warehouse in Columbus before the night show of the Arnold Classic and helped him practice his speech. Over an alfredo fettucini dinner for two, we babbled on for hours and neither of us understood a word the other said. When the waiter brought the check, Rafael convientely had to use the restroom and I footed the entire bill. Yeah, that sucked but not as much as this show.
Anyway, some people say abs are built in the kitchen. Putting aside the benefit of building core strength, does abdominal training really have that much of an effect on the appearance of the physique? Or does achieveing a good set of abs just come down to diet? I am currently 5 weeks out from my first bodybuilding competition and my trainer has me doing zero ab training.

Hey dave, we all know high fructose corn syrup and you have also talked about it. What about sucrolose and other artificial sweetener which is also bad. personally I love isolyze protein why not sweeten it with stevia? I know it will be ecpensive. But why cut Back.
