Are There Any Coaches That Advocate 3 to 4 Meals Per Day Instead of 6 to 8?
An odd question yes. My best friend wants an on and off season coach that will do this instead of the usual 6 to 8. She has 2 children, works 12 hour days and is very tight on time for food preparation and eating.
I like this idea myself but I know of no coaches that do this.
Any suggestions?

I would have thought that as well but she's been talking to many and they say the results just won't be the same and they won't advocate it.

that's funny. Coach should design and meals plan suit their client need. Try John Meadows

A lot of coaches do it to suit their clients and needs
Muscle Protein Synthesis is also much greater when intaking around 4 meals a day (or 3) if they are spaced out properly (4-6 hours apart)
where protein levels can reach refractory stages before being spiked again.

We must be looking in the wrong spots if many coaches do it. Even I am thinking about trying it but my coach doesn't like it.
John Meadows is too pricey for her. She's looking at someone who charges max 150 per month.

Very simple.
- I'm an Original Rx muscle Member, love my community and want to give back.
- If she post on Rx muscle her progress pics and infos (muscle weight gain, fat loss, diet, training etc. ) and how great she feel it would give me positive publicity.
- For the money Aspect, well I consider it an (overseas) investment and she might recommend my services to other people in the future if (and she will) achieve great/fantastic results.
Besides I've nothing to hide about my diet/training etc competence, she can post her diet if she wants and some of the infos I gave her and it might benefit a lot of people here on RX.
I can give you my email if you want. She won't lose any money, and can see if the diet, training etc suits her for free.David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

John meadows is not the only coach whom would do that. Meal Frequency is mostly personal preference, some like to consume 6 meals a day and find it easier to stay on track doing so, Some prefer doing less meals and having larger meals (aid in satiety). It also helps with a busy lifestyle. Sometimes at their jobs they do not have the luxury to sit there and eat every X or Y hour and it will throw off their meal frequency. There is plenty of science to support a lower (3/4 meal) meal frequency, as well as human experience/results with individuals winning their pro-cards doing so. But in the end personal preference on what that client or individual wants to do.
if the coach is not willing to adapt to the client and pitch out a cookie cutter meal plan or training plan it may be a red flag.
Everyone has different methods or an opinion on what works best for them and their clients, its about learning your body and making the necessary changes to fit your lifestyle. This is crucial to find what is "Optimal" for you.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year
