Smile Ready For A Change....With DavidCua

    Hello

You can call me NAT. I'm new to body change/shaping. I'm ready to change my lifestyle to get the body I achieve and get healthier in the process.

DavidCua will be my coach and I will share progress pics and info about my training throughout!

And I promised Annabelle I will use proper paragraphs so you can follow along easily lol.

Looking forward to sharing with you RX Members!

Please no negative nessies. I am not an experienced bodybuilder like most of you. Yet.

I'm very much against overtraining, I have a ver progressive, practical and sensible approach when it comes to training and nutrition. My first priority is the well being of my athlete (health) and then to ensure his progress toward his goal.

That is directly from DavidCua. I know I'm in good hands!

Not everyone here is an advanced bodybuilder so don't be intimidated.I myself was an average powerlifter years ago and now just a guy who works out.You seem to be in good hands.Good luck and give it enough time to get results and not be too impatient.

Starting pictures. Feel free to critique or tell me what you think are strong or weak points. I don't have an eye for this sport. Again I am 132.5 pounds and I am 5'4. I'm really curious to see what once I lose about 5 to 10 pounds of fat. y.jpgx.jpg

    I guessed that you were about 5'4". :-D I'm 5'2".

Really, I don't think you have far to go at all to reach your goals. The leanness you're after will come very quickly with nailing your diet. And by that I mean do EXACTLY what David says. If you meal prep for the week that will be a slam dunk, especially because you DON'T have the issue of grazing like other women...you simply don't have the time with your job. Count that as a blessing.

Not that I have an eye for this sort of thing but if I was wearing your bod here's what I'd want to do and what I'm seeing:

    1. Bit of scoliosis or maybe you're just standing crooked
    2. Quads look good, particularly the teardrop, could build up the outer quad some but I'd prioritize the posterior chain. Whole backside could come up. Looks as if you were a cardio queen in another life and/or you do a lot of sitting in your job. Build up the glutes and hammies. Quads look like you are right-dominant- right rectus femoris is a little bigger than the left. I have that too. All this will change in the coming weeks with David at the wheel I'm sure.
    3. Calves, calves, calves. Did I mention calves? Great calves are a sign of a dedicated lifter. Your quads look good therefore I predict if you hammer your calves they will look great in no time. Especially in heels.
    4. Lats - another sign of a dedicated lifter. Bring them up and you won't be sorry.
    5. Looks like you easily build muscle in your front/upper body. Arms particularly biceps look good. Bringing up tris wouldn't hurt. That will come with hammering your delts IMO. Build the delts and the chest will follow suit.

Looking forward to seeing you crush this adventure!

I agree with Sunny. That's a very good and detailed asessment.I'm not sure what your training is like but I think some weighted walking lunges twice a week would be great for you.Harden your quads and build your glutes at the same time.

    Thanks for assessing me.

I don't have scoliosis..I am probably standing crookedas I have a difficult time taking selfies.

I will try to get a backside pic when Annabelle comes home. My hams are better than they look in the pic....the bum is flabby though.

I have no idea how to get great calves I've been trying....and the funny thing is they are better than they once were lol. It's something that never seems to change on me. I'll get better pics of them eventually as well.

I don't build muscle easily in my upper body...and that's what I want to work on the most...the upper body. Especially back and shoulders so I'll just plug away and do what David tells me. I have a goal of doing a pull up....or three lol. I'm closer than ever but still can't make it all the way up.

Tris are better than they look in that pic. When I have Annie to take pics of me I'll post.

Keep assessing me I love it!
