This ! Why would you mess with such shitty substance ProHormones instead of doing regular AAS. These ProHormones are far more toxic than the real deal and the results of using them is greatly inferior.
Also your on production of hormones will be longer affected by using pro hormones, which well is a bumer ^^David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

Well I can prep you for 3 to 6 months. Your call on what direction you want me/us to go. Putting muscle + shedding body fat. Whatever you ask. I would do your diet and training etc to ensure that you're reaching your goal. And all of this for free.
The only thing you have to do is put some before picture of you in a New thread on Rx muscle (in a training journal) and update your results.
I'm glad "supplements" are legit in U.K , that might be greatly beneficial !

Off course!
I do not have a specific approach. However I often favor carbs over fat. I only introduce essential fat in the diet (for instance flaxseed oil for omega 3), and some residual fat from fish/chicken/beef. I care a lot about introducing a lot of Alkaline forming food and keep in mind that "unwanted" (dietary ) inflammation is to keep at bay.
Frequency of checkin with picture could be once every two weeks or once a week. My clients can basically ask all the questions they want I will answer them as long as it's "diet, training, supplements" well bodybuilding related and not about religion and politics.
I'm very open minded and I might try completely different approach with different people to elicit the expected result but never at the expense of their health. I would describe my approach as logical, practical and empirical sometime.
I'm in favor of subtle, progressive changes instead of radical ones. My belief is that it's better to make your routine evolve toward something optimal (slowly) than completely changing your diet/training/supp protocol all at once.
Other than that what can I say, my love for nutrition came from a book that I still owned
It's a must to read, a lot of informations inside that book and more important than that it's like a book that teach you how to think about nutrition and training in an holistic way as everything is connected and to base your choices upon rational and deductive thinking not because of what you read, listened or heard from people.
Well if you are interested my offer still stand, the only thing that you have to do in exchange is to start a training journal here on Rx and share your fitness/bodybuilding journey with others
Ooh and I almost forgot, for the people that do not already know, I'm french and english is not my mother tongue, feel free to correct me if I do too much mistake. I don't use either at this point. I did experiment with PH's for a short time. The main thing is PH's are legal while injectable steroids are "not legal". I'm a square so I rather not take the risk getting caught with steroids.
As far as PH's having a worse effect on natural hormones, I would think shutdown would occur much more readily and completely, from injectable steroids because they are already inactive form, i.e, your body will detect a large amount of exogenous testosterone and cut off natural production vs receiving only 1/4 of that amount via prohormone...
Either way, I'm not concerned about a lack of libido, I think it's a rather good thing.

Ok I will do so tomorrow (here in France it's midnight past 30mins, time to catch some ZzzzZZZzz ) . However I don't do Skype session with people that does not hire me. If I do everything for free which I'm happily willing to it ail be only by e.mail. Hope that you are still interested .
