I want to thank RXMuscle and the whole team there for always doing 110% their best to support all the athletes and really give awesome feedback at the shows or really anytime! I first met Dave in 2009 and since then he has had my respect & admiration for all he does for the athletes. This is a crazy sport, we all are evolving and it is awesome for me to come in and catch up with friends with each trip I do competing. Amanda, you look beautiful right now, and Dave you are aging backwards dude, what's with that?

I am loving the WPD division, it feels like a great fit for me and I appreciate all the support all of you at RX have given me on my IG and FB along the way as I've streamlined things down. There are some incredible women in this division, very diverse, and I hope to continue to improve over this next year!

I can't get over how good #54 - Joan Smith is!!! She has the conditioning AND shape to go very far in the sport. Her waist is super tiny.

I've been a fan of yours for a very long time. We come from the same bodybuilding path... I'm so glad you're doing women's physique now. It is a great transition for you and I've never seen you look this good before. It's finally all coming together. What a great middle ground and something you can be comfortable with on a 24/7 basis. It is so good to see you happy.

Just watched on YouTube . Excellent as always ... But this show was terrible .. Top 3 very respectable .. After that, almost laughable .. Nick trigili, so bad.. He should be embarrassed and take 2 years off .. Nicky, your terrible.. Show some respect to Bbing and try to look like a pro next time ..

Dave and Chris,

Thanks for the awesome play-by-play and the prejudging wrap-up. I know RX's main priority isn't contest coverage, but damn it's refreshing to have it. A perfect point of difference is that over at MD Shawn Ray said Nick Trigili was soft (It's impossible to be soft with striated glutes), and y'all made the correct observation that he was too conditioned and flat. RX is the best!

Yeah I saw the Shawn Ray & Farrah 3 minute wrap up. Over on my Twitter feed.

It's basically the opposite of what Rx said on our wrap up.

As a fan myself it's refreshing to see Rx cover shows. I miss this too.

When this is over this thread will probably have more views than most of the recent threads in Muscle Central.

i remember some time long ago. This was the place to be. Not Facebook or anywhere.

This is was the hang out place during shows.
