Start of a high frequency traknjng method. Full body 4x a week with lower volume training per session.
Today (3 sets of everything, running it HST style)
Bulgarian Split Squat
Romanian deadlift
Calf raises
One arm DB rows
DB Bench
Lat Pulldown
Tricep Pushdown
Personally feel higher frequency is better than bro splits. Opinions?

Not to be critical but...
There is plenty of scientific evidence to support only training a specific body-part every 72 hours at most. Your program here looks like classic over-training.
At least split your body in to upper/lower or push/pull workouts to reduce the frequency of training every muscle.
Something like:
Mon: Workout A
Tue: off
Wed: Workout B
Thurs: off
Fri: Workout A
Sat: off
Sun: Workout B
