What is everybody's favorite pre-workout drink?
So I'm getting ready to start some supplements in a month and I was wondering everybody's thoughts and recommendations on a pre-workout drink. I have been out of the loop for a few years now and just coming back. Looking for a good pre-workout. Thanks!

For me this is the best pre-workout :
• one cup of kick-ass coffee
• citrulline malate
• beta alanine
• BCAA like Extend
• 100mg DHEA
• 20mg PPQ
• Ubiquinol
If you're not pumped and wired after this, something is wrong with you. DHEA helps control cortisol spike, PQQ for focus and free radical annihilation. Ubiquinol is an awesome supplement and often overlooked for its performance enhancements and antioxidant.Last edited by Mac; 09-02-2015 at 08:07 AM.

Imo they are the most complete preworkouts, they will provide energy, pump, and focus...they are dosed well and priced well

Dust V2 from Prime. I don't know what's in it, but that is the BEST preworkout drink ive used since Ultimate Orange. It doesn't make you jittery but gives almost a euphoric feeling.

Can't argue with you. Even someone Baldie's age would be amped on that mix!
Let's hear what you have to say when you're closer to 50 like me, and you ARE motivated to train but your body gives you the finger when you even suggest going to the gym.
^^all this!
