Dave i hate this show more than you hate running into me at every east coast bodybuilding event.
What would you advise for clients you train with crepitus to do for legs since squats and leg extensions may make it worse. Many people complain to me about their knees cracking yet I see them always doing these exercises at the gym. Also thoughts on knee sleeves? Thanks.

q: Can you do intermittent fasting with keto. also dr Jacob wilson says true keto is 75& fat 25% protein and 5% carb, do you agree or believe something else.

Dave,
This show sucks worse than tren cough.
I ask this question in light of the DEA's recent international steroid bust known as Operation Cyber Juice. In past big busts such as Operation Raw Deal, the authorities only went after the suppliers. Although they had names and addresses of thousands of customers, to my knowledge they did not pursue these people. Do you think one day the DEA will go after these customers? Or will it always just be about getting the "big fish?"

This show sucks because I've been trying for a month to get my question answered!
In regards to your keto diet:
Dave, since the idea behind the cheat meal while following your diet is to kick up thyroid what would be some recommendations for using it POST WORKOUT. What sources would be best, approximate grams of carbs etc.
Since the body depletes glycogen in about 3 days (from a "full" state), would there be an advantage to doing this type of strategy more than once a week say every 3rd or 4th training day, since you would never really "top off" glycogen stores from that one meal?

I hate this show so much that I'd rather shoot myself after having to sit through an over enthusiastic CT Fletcher seminar, get resurrected by barbarian brother Peter Paul only to awaken at a Kai Greene seminar as he explains lifting weights on a metaphysical level and have to shoot myself again,instead of listening to this show.
Is it more advantageous to be short or tall in bodybuilding? It seems we see very few successful competitors over 6 feet these days and the shorter guys can cut up and still look full. I would rather make steve blekman my guru coach have him feed me bone in steak fillets and make me squeeeze my quads for legs than listen to this advice, question is if i mix injectable vitamin b with my test in the same pin will it still absorb in the muscle vit b is water based ,test oil base, and i only use testoprim d test blend and it makes the pin site mild swell for some days, does this mean im allergic to the test prop thats in it

Dave i hatw this show so much id rather lick clean Branch's pro tan after the Europa while George "No Bulletproof Vest" Farah tells me how he got shot 3 times, had 7 cardiac arrests, and was pronounced dead multiple times while responding to a bank robbery in his police days.
Being a big advocate of ketogenic diets is it true that your skin will not be as tight on stage is it would be if you consumed moderate amounts of simple and complex carbs throughout your prep?

Dave i hate this show so much im having friends halfway across the globe participate to drive you bankrupt in shipping fees.
my question is bout fiberlyze, does george farah go through a tub of it a day which causes him to spew out all of that crap out of his mouth? How does fiberlyze differ from other brand name fibers such as metamucil or powder clean, what made you decide to come out with a fiber supplement? Thanks

I'D RATHER take arm wrestling lessons from George Farah than wrestle with my conscience and convince myself to watch your show.
I have a QUESTION on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and PCT (Post Cycle Theraphy)
Is PCT necessary after TRT? Some doctors just have you stay on testosterone, indefinitely. Isn't it better and more productive to make TRT cyclical and periodically restore your HPGA ? ( Hypotalamic- Pituitary-Gonadal Axis). I am 59 years old (In case age is relevant)
