130/72-74 is within a normal range. No reason at all to be considering diuretics or blood pressure meds at this stage. Like Mac said, there are powerful natural treatments if BP is an issue (they can't be patented by pharmaceutical companies so your doctor probably won't mention them).

If your doc is concerned, does she (I saw you mentioned a "she" earlier...) suggest OTC supps before prescription meds? As mentioned above if you just google OTC treatment for high BP, there are a variety of things you can start with before getting into the script stuff. Among them: CoQ10 (Uniquinol seems to be the latest hot flavor of this) + Red Yeast Rice. Also niacin. But do some research w/ Dr. Google and also bring this up to your doc as alternatives to throwing in statins or things like that.
And also as mentioned above, to help isolate the true nature of things, eliminate some of the supps to simplify the testing environment and see if you still have issues.

I have been on prescription BP medicine for years after my doctor kept monitoring it as it elevated. I have a family history and was in my early 40s when he wanted to pull the trigger and not fuck around with it. Since then, one pill a day and my BP is perfect.
Even if you have to eventually go on a prescription for it, just take it and you'll be fine. Most people that have issues with it stop taking it on their own once they see the pressure normal at their last doctor's visit. That's the worst thing you can do. Keep taking it and all is well.

There is no absolute consensus on what 'normal' is as it differs from person to person. Some people wake up in the morning with 85/55 BP and a resting heart rate of 45 bpm, and that works for them. Your diastolic bp is fine by any definition. If you're worried about your heart, try and get an echocardiogram done.

Higher carb, mod protein, lower fat.
don't do anything over 6oz for protein.
No usually never drink coffee at all or supps with caffeine, yes I have them maybe 3-4 weeks out of the year but that's it.
The only thing that could mess up the results was the carb powder I had with creatine and I would only take it maybe 1 or 2 days a week if that sometimes I wouldn't use it once a month.Never used it a whole lot. Usually I just use a gatorade with BCAA's intra workout. I havent taken anything for the past week except a multi, probiotic, and essential fatty acids for supps.

woah, I'm not getting this at all. All the things I looked at it says that a systolic of 140 or higher is high blood pressure. I don't know, but this is what I read?
