Not really much going on in the forums where did everyone go?
Anyway I just started a little run with GH and igf-1 along with 500mgs of test every week. Starting at 2.5ius growth will increase slowly to 5-6 50mcg igf-1 lr3 not really keen on throwing slin in the mix for the simple fact that it's just not worth it to me at this point. Looking to get that grainy look. Let's here some experience on these 2 compounds together would really like to know what's working for everyone. Obviously no noticeable side's aside from my sleep has noticeably improved after a week, I'm waking up feeling like I slept for 10 hours and I'm getting such deep sleep I'm having fucked up crazy dreams. Maybe it's just coincidence though. No telling. Everyone feel free to post away!

10% bf maybe 11 judging by looks

I'm gonna track progress and see what I can do
Diet is definitely in check I've been coasting with moderate meals throughout the day and 2 large meals after training and have noticed I've gotten a lot leaner keeping it that way.
Added a most recent photo will get better ones once I get someone to take them

The Gh and IGF Des will compliment one another. Des is the way to go if you want to use IGF. IGF will lower blood glucose levels so using it pre workout after a GH injection can be helpful. Similar to using insulin in that instance although IGF works a bit differently.

Im not sure how you are spreading out the Gh but as it increases you could even try spacing it out some to keep it systematic all the time. As long as you are monitoring BG levels and visible markers of insulin sensitivity, that is a good way to go.

Generics. Regardless of anyones thoughts on generics ive struck gold with this source. 3 friends with labs done testing through the roof. Completely changing my physique. Although im off aas at the moment, continuing gh use and its keeping the fullness and the lean look going. Im yet to do bloods myself because the results are there. Its only been about 3.5 months so i cant speak much more than on what youd expect in that time frame.
