ASS + GH + Insulin
Hey guys, I'm relatively new here, I compete in the IFBB, I've had many years of experience with AAS but not really any experience with GH and Insulin
Atm my cycle is pretty basic:
750mg teste, 600mg eq, 300mg mastp
1mg adex eod, 50mcg t3 split am/pm, 100mcg clen split 5x 20mcg dose
I have just started running my geno at 3.6iu IM first thing in the morning and added 250mcg ghrp2 and 100mcg mod grf1-29 post wo and pre bed.
I am wanting to add a bit more size whilst leaning down (more so recomp).
The only time I've used insulin was to put myself into a state of keto, I was doing Protein only and doing 1iu geno IM 2iu slin subq before eating my first 4 meals of the day which were either a 300g serving of steak or 300g serving of chicken.
Using the slin that way did help lose a lot of fat and gain a fair bit of size. My weight increase between stage weight was 7.7kg which happened in 18 weeks of slin used this way. I would run my slin like this 5 days a week, then 2 days no slin but carb up.
I am wanting to know if I am able to run the slin again but keep fats in my diet. Has anyone had any success with this? I obviously do not want to gain any fat.
Diet is currently:
M1 - 5 whole eggs + 6 whites + mushrooms and spinach
M2 - 60g wpi + 1.5 tbsp natty pb
M3 - 200g chicken breast + 1/3 cup almonds or cashews
M4 - same as M2
M5 - same as M3
M6 - 250g steak 1 tbsp olive oil
I was thinking I could add in slin to Meals 1 and perhaps 5, split 8iu and another 4iu. I did try using slin pre and post wo before but used carbs to balance out, I went all the way up to 20iu pre and post but had a fair bit of carbs to cover it... also gained a lot of fat.
The diet above would be on my non carb days... I would do 3 non carb days followed by 1 carb up day, but I'm now considering pushing it to 5 non carb day and 1 carb day (with cheat meal included)
What's your thoughts? Any advice would be appreciated

what ive done same drugs as you but added 10i.u of novo rapid insulin post work out and before my insulin shot had a whey isolate shake 60g protein 10g creatine and 60-70g of vitargo, but you might need more vitargo get a glucose metre reading kit to find your sweet spot, the ball mark number is 1i.u insulin=10g carbs, but I can use less carbs
