Most pros look better days - 1 week prior to and after a show. Why do you think that is ?
I've been looking at a lot of pre post Olympia pics of pros lately. Why can't these guys nail their conditioning, best look day of the show?
I GET THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!!

Diuretics, other drug manipulation, carb-depleting and loading gone awry.
Fill up the syringe...

I think it's because stage lighting and legitimate photography shows everything, while the good lighting in the bedroom or gym with an Instagram filter allows people to only show their best.....slightly enhanced.

Best thing to do is cruise 3 days before show. Load a tad the day of show and have a trusted person keep an eye on you. Problem is, if u spill over, its too late and panic sets in that leads to cortisol and water rebound. Stay calm, eat an adjusted amount of carbs and watch the mirror
