Kai may see more value in promoting his new supplement line & himself instead of competing, similar to what DLB did by dropping out of the Olympia. He can be a freaky mass monster all year round & not have to diet down at all.

And if Kai did in fact piss of the powers that be at the IFBB and FLEX & is blackballed, then MD won't have the balls to touch him and he'll be without any magazine coverage.

My feeling is that MD doesn't want Kai anyway at this point...

Kai's pseudo philosophical approach to answering questions might make for a interesting Q&A though...He and Shawn could battle for most evasive approach award.

MD needs ROI. They're not broke, but they're also not rich (not w/ the magazines are selling these days).
