Hope you get some pics from upon waking today, and as the day goes on.
Good for you and your coach on how you filled out (Spilled/Unspilled) and for future shows to know how much you truly need.
Good luck!!! Hope to hear some great news.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

The swolebruthas reunited. Kodiak & Blade.
4th place out of four. Not the placing I wanted, but at the end of the day we made some major improvements from my first show in 2015. I missed my weight class by 2 lbs and had to compete as a heavyweight but I still held my own. I give so much thanks to all my family and friends for their continued support. Much thanks to my coach and friend Chris DiDomenico for once again bringing out the best in me.
Next stop, Julie Palmer's Ultimate Showdown in Dayton, OH. 2 weeks.

No doubt. Back at it today. Last night after the show I ate well. Pancakes, ice cream, a burger, and some cold cereal. Today I'm still eating extra but all clean food. No cardio today. Training back later this afternoon. Then tomorrow it's back to the normal precontest diet and training regimen.
I'll have no problem making weight for the next show in 2 wks and should place much better as a light heavyweight.Last edited by PA Kodiak; 05-21-2017 at 04:59 PM.

Legs 5.22.17
Back on the grind. Two weeks out from the NPC Julie Palmer Ultimate Showdown.
I debated training yesterday. Decided I was gonna get some rest...until I felt the calling at around 8 pm. Went to the gym to train arms, got a little more than two thirds of the way through, and puked my guts out. Finished the workout, layed down for about a half hour, downed a shake with a banana and began driving home. Only to pull over a mile later and puke again.
Trained legs today with my old long time training partner Brandon. There was some dry heaving involved, but no puking.

Kudos on your show... You look great and it's too bad you missed the light-heavy class.
Keep pushing but take a break. Your body is telling you something.

Thanks Mac. I'm completely fine with how everything went down. It was a good experience for me. I was disgusted at first. After seeing the pictures though, I felt real good about how I looked. But with that said...I'll be looking for redemption in Dayton.
As for the vomiting, I think it was a combination of things...I didnt go crazy on my post show binge. But all that sugar and sodium being reintroduced into my diet surely had something to do with it. On top of that my CNS is probably fried. Im spending this afternoon relaxing and resting up. I should be fine by tomorrow. I agree though, it's important to listen when your body is trying to tell you something.Last edited by PA Kodiak; 05-22-2017 at 08:11 PM.
