    I had back today...

    Pulldowns 5x 49, 79, 100, 110 and 130lb
    Standing lat pulldowns 4x 10 36lb
    Machine pulls 4x 110 lb
Barbell bent over rows 4x10 132lb
    One arm rows 4x 8 78,1 lb
    Biceps curls 3x 12 22 lb

And this is me now..who would be interested in how a pig looks like now (I do eat chicken and beef and peanuts most of the time, but once a day I have few donuts or piece of pie or icecream, because I am simply enjoying that I am not competing now....and I MAY)

    Hey Lada!

When you are at your strongest, have you ever tried weighted pull ups?

    Like either of these...........

No never, but I am no lightweight, I was 132lb at shows and over 154 sometimes around 160lb offseason..... so I had hard times to push my own ass up there....

Few weeks is gone and I send greetings to all this Christmas times....

Past weeks I had unplaned break from training, first I got stomach flu, throwed up and could not eat at all, than I got regular flu, but I had to stay in my job to earn some more money as after Xmas my position is terminated and I am at a search for a new job again... and finally I pulled my back working in different department (warehouse-mailorder department aka lots of squating and bending) and it all went week after week... so right now I feel completely out of shape and I have to say I struggle with the fact some clients of mine are stronger and in better shape than me....

My maximum for benchpress prior the illness was 164lb for one rep, last training I did 5x6 reps with 132lb...I am now training 4x to 5x a week but it depends at my shifts as well...

Video is with 154lb what is my bodyweight as well now...
