    Default Pine Bark Extract / Grape Seed Extract

    For those of you who have tried using Pine Bark Extract and/or Grape Seed Extract by themselves or in your own stack, how did you like it and which is better?

    Pump. A friend of mine in the supplement industry tells me pine bark extract is his favorite ingredient in his own pump stack. He also tells me its much stronger tha grape seed extract. Currently I like to use Cellucor NO3 (which include grape seed extract & arginine nitrate) to help me get rediculous pumps but if pine bark works just as well it would be a lot less expensive.

    Ah. Learned something. I never even think about "the pump" unless it's getting uncomfortable. I've never thought to take something for pumps either. No wonder I didn't know.

    nitrates are the best thing you can use to get a pump right now....I've used grape seed extract but it wasn't for pump, I used it for high blood pressure

    it helped...it didn't totally fix the problem but the tests came back better than before I started....it wasn't until I combined it with some other stuff that my blood pressure hit the normal range

    Thanks. I use Celery Seed Extract and Ubiquinol now to keep under 130/75 most days.

    yeah celery seed extract is good...I also have used hawthorne berries and garlic pills to help too

    with that said nitrates are good for pump but also reduce blood pressure...but I'm pretty sure that's more for the short term

    Have you tried Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine together?

    Nitrates are nitrates....it just depends on what they attach the nitrate to, my personal favorite is potassium nitrate but it makes no real difference

    Personally Glycerol (1.5-2g), Agmatine (1g), Nitrates (2-3g), Citrulline (6-8g) will all be superior over those 2 ingredients. for a pump aspect.

    If you like NO3 i think CN3 may be a stronger pump agent for you since it offers 3g of creatine nitrate per serving (only you would tell us because everyone responds different)

    Not 100% True
    Arginine Nitrates are key for behing a nitrate inhibitor preventing nitrate tolernace build up over time. This is what makes the nitrate to be more effective time over time again.

    Creatine Nitrates have had one study done recently (CN3) on 48 subjects regarding strength, performance and endurance. (Marc Lobliner's Video on his CN3 review shows the study on his laptop) Yes they are bonded to different ingredients, but not all will work or be the same from each individual. Creatine Nitrates are also not soluble in water over longer periods of time.

    I have never tried Glycerol for that purpose. CM does a great job for me and mitigates DOMS too.
