Hell even I read the womens training journals
Just to see how bad they are smoking me
Seriously, I'm with Diva. Just click on new posts to find anything your missing
And if you are looking for a certain thread, then you probably already know where it is more or less
So what's the fucking problem with the sub forums?Last edited by Sandpig; 10-03-2015 at 06:20 AM.

I do think the women's section should be much higher up on the page-anything training related should be as that's part of the whole purpose of this board to begin with
this whole section could be consolidated simply into women's competition or something like that (not a good title but you get me)-that would clean up a whole chunk of space

Hi John. Let me preface by saying that I have been following bodybuilding for a long time since my teens. I am now 40. I am also a lurker and not a forum poster as can be told by massive post count. I will go on record that i will continue to be a lurker on all sites I check out. (lol lurker sounds so creepy but don't discount our feedback). I personally not big on posting just don't have time on my end I want to dedicate to that aspect. I am currently typing this up laying in bed before I get up for the day. My 2 cents for what it's worth.
I pretty much pop in on these sites during a normal week.
- MD: I do prefer their forum play by play contest coverage much more. I mean right now there is like 16 pages of content on the Prauge Pro going on right now vs RXs one page. This goes for any show. I know Rx has shifted away from coverage but just providing my feedback that I personally like MD better on this aspect. So I go there for that part.
- RX: Ok prob what your most interested in. I LOVE THE RX MEDIA CONTENT. This is where I think Dave and team are on to something. Heavy muscle radio is awesome and I prefer the way the show is much better than all the other shows out there. David and Chris really work well together and keep it very interesting. Adding you John has really kicked it up to a new exciting level. I also really like iron debate , Ask Dave and Daves Live With show. For me this is the content that I am seeking, I mentioned that I don't post much but I go to the media content and this is what I listen to in the morning if I'm doing cardio or listening to it in the car going to work and after work. What I also like is that you have updated media content pretty much every week which to me is extremely important. I look forward to new episodes of heavy muscle radio, iron debate etc. I would advise not to slip up on the schedule and keep the media content going. I am sure it is very demanding and hard to put together but it's like watching your favorite show and I hate when there's not something going on during the week. By the way when is the next Iron Debate. in a nutshell guys, I come here for the media, this is what interest me the most.
Quickly, I do check out PBB and Geardup just for the podcasts only here and there. I also check out T-nation articles as I like their articles on training and nutrition the best out of all the sites. It's not just bodybuilding focus and more varied and applicable to more folks from an educational standpoint. I don't care about articles on how pro body builders train and eat. Not applicable to most average joe gym rats like me. That's all. Keep up the good work Rx

"I don't care about articles on how pro body builders train and eat."
Same here.
I also could care less about looking at pro training videos.

I would like to mirror cips1975. The content is where you guys shine. But, I would also like to note that as someone new I find it hard to know when the shows do come on or when they will be aired. It would be great if there was a set time and date for each show. Which I can't find on the site. So I have to rely on the youtube subscriptions to pop up. This being after they are recorded and uploaded. Being able to stay on top of a schedule can be tough but I think it can be done.
None the less.
Content is king in the internet world.
Keep up the good work to all who make it happen!
